Meet Our Founder

Growing up, I loved all kinds of stories. But there was one story that I didn’t really like, and that was my own.

I wanted my life to count for something.

But when I found myself being bullied, depressed, and suicidal, I questioned whether my life could have any meaning. And I tried navigating this alone, not sharing my story with anyone..

At 16, I survived a traumatic car accident. With a second chance, I wanted todo something meaningful with my life. So I began telling stories to anyone who would listen, through music, speeches, and casual conversations.

I then began sharing my personal story. Not only did this make me stronger, it also inspired others to share their stories.

I wanted to create safe spaces where people could find healing through telling and receiving stories.

I’ve spent the last 14 years of my career doing this in classrooms, programs, recovery groups, and community gatherings,

This work inspired me to create All Things Narrative, a company that empowers people to tell and live their stories more meaningfully through coaching, workshops, classes, events, and podcasts. .

I believe everyone has a story worth telling, and a story worth living!

And so, let All Things Narrative be your guide towards telling and living your story more meaningfully.
