Archetypes help define characters’ roles in a story. They provide a glimpse into a person’s wants, fears, motivations, characteristics, hopes and dreams.
In this interactive workshop, participants will identify there archetypes, and how they manifest in the workplace.
We then explore how archetypes, along with Externalizing Conversations, can help solve problems and manage conflicts more effectively.
You will be introduced to a framework that you can use in staff meetings to help navigate challenges without blaming the person, focusing instead on addressing the root of the problem in its own context, and utilizing the gifts of each archetype.
